Our 9-day stay at The Golden Age with our 7-month old infant in the Junior Suite was what we expected for a 4-star hotel, offering plush accommodations. The non-smoking rooms were comfortable, but some minor areas could be improved. The service was exceptional, with a very friendly and professional staff catering to our needs. The convenient location near a metro station made exploring the city hassle-free, although being a couple of metro stations away from the main square had its drawbacks. The dining experience was enjoyable with a variety of hot and cold foods during breakfast. The hotel facilities were well taken care of, providing a pleasant stay overall.
The hotel had a stylish lobby and clean, well-decorated rooms with good quality bed linen. The small balcony offered views to the back, although the surrounding area wasn't very appealing. Despite the lovely and quiet Air con, the room felt a bit too warm for my liking.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly clean, fresh, and modern with a full range of facilities. I even had a great balcony upon my request. The breakfast was fantastic, the personnel extremely friendly and helpful, and the location near the metro station was perfect for my business trip.
The hotel has nice, stylish, spacious rooms with complete equipment and a very relaxing ambiance. However, some rooms have balconies facing a hospital in the backyard, offering views of patients' beds. The area was quiet with the balcony door closed.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, with a lovely balcony facing the street. The bed was incredibly comfortable, probably the best during my entire 4-week stay in Italy. The speedy internet connection even allowed me to enjoy Netflix!
